Questions merchants ask
A Shopify app for fashion stores. It answers the two questions shoppers ask before they buy: will it fit me, and how will it look on me? They see their size next to the size picker, and can try the item on their own photo.
When shoppers can’t tell their size or picture the item on themselves, they leave, guess, or order two sizes and send one back. AI Frame gives both answers on the product page, before checkout.
Separate apps don’t share information. In AI Frame the Size Chart, size recommendation and try-on work together, and a shopper’s Fit Profile carries over to the next product.
Clothing, shoes, bags and eyewear. The height and weight estimate is made for clothing. For shoes, use a Size Chart based on foot length. Try-on is not available for swimwear and underwear.
Shoppers enter height and weight. AI Frame estimates body measurements, compares them with your Size Chart, and shows the recommended size with a short reason why it fits.
No. Height and weight are enough. Photos are only for the try-on. Your full Size Chart stays one click away if they want to check the numbers themselves.
It uses models built on ANSUR II, a public body-measurement dataset. Typical error is about 2.5 to 4.8 cm. Clothing sizes are usually 4 to 6 cm apart, so it’s close enough to pick the right row.
Yes. Import by CSV, assign to products, switch cm and inches. Size Chart and Virtual Try-On work on their own or together. Shoppers can also save a Fit Profile so their size shows on the next product.
The shopper uploads one photo and sees the product on themselves. They can add the item to cart straight from the result.
No. A try-on shows how an item looks, not whether a size fits. That’s why AI Frame also shows the recommended size next to the size picker.
Yes. Every try-on result carries a visible AI-generated label.
Swimwear and underwear. Size Chart and size recommendation still work on those products.
Shoppers tick a consent box before uploading. Photos are only used to create the try-on, are deleted after unless the shopper saves them, and are never used to train AI.
No. Size recommendations only use the height and weight the shopper enters.
We handle photos under GDPR and label every try-on as AI-generated in line with the EU AI Act. Shoppers give consent before uploading.
Yes. Saving a Fit Profile needs the shopper’s consent. Without it, they can still get a size on that visit.
Install from the Shopify App Store, add the theme blocks in the theme editor, and assign your Size Charts. Nothing goes live until you publish.
No. AI Frame uses theme blocks you add in the theme editor. Uninstalling leaves nothing behind in your theme.
