Do I need a partner to use AI Frame?

No. The app is free to install and most merchants set it up themselves. A partner is for when you'd rather have someone do it for you, or you have a large catalog.

Does AI Frame take a cut of what I pay a partner?

No. You pay the partner directly for their work. We don't take anything from that.

Who do I contact if something goes wrong?

For the work itself, the partner. For anything to do with the app, email us at support@aiframe.app and we'll help.

Do partners pay to be listed?

No. Listing is free. Partners are listed because they build fashion stores, have set up AI Frame and answer merchants quickly.

How do partners earn from AI Frame?

Partners who refer a store through their partner link get 15% of what that store pays for its first 12 months. That doesn't change what the merchant pays.
