7 Kiwi Size Chart Alternatives for Shopify (2026)

We build a Size Chart app. That is the point of saying it first. This is not a neutral buyer’s guide. It is a merchant’s map of why people leave Kiwi Size Chart & Recommender, and what actually replaces it.

Kiwi launched in 2018. On 7 October 2026 it sat at 4.7 stars from 1,231 Shopify reviews. It is still the default Size Chart install for a lot of fashion stores. Merchants do not search “Kiwi alternative” because the tables are ugly. They search because the bill moved, the free plan stamped another brand on the product page, or they realised a chart cannot show a jumper on a shopper.

Kiwi size chart only versus size chart and virtual try on

Why merchants leave Kiwi

Four reasons show up again and again on the listing and in Kiwi’s own pricing page.

The watermark. The free plan publishes up to three Size Charts with a Kiwi watermark. Paid plans remove it. For a store trying to look like a brand, that stamp is the wrong object on the product page.

The recommender is a mid-tier feature. Size recommendations start on Plus at $14.99 a month, capped at 10 recommenders, then unlimited on Ultimate at $26.99. If the reason you installed Kiwi was “tell them the size,” you are not on the cheap plan.

The bill scales with orders. Plus and Ultimate add usage fees by order volume. Kiwi’s pricing page goes to $350 a month extra on Plus and $700 on Ultimate above 20,000 orders. A Size Chart does not process the order. Several merchants have said so in reviews after an upgrade.

Import from image is a credit. CSV upload is in the plan. Image and URL imports are optional credits, not included. That is a real feature - pulling a chart off a photo is useful  and it is metered.

Kiwi also cannot answer “will it suit me?”. No Size Chart app can, unless it also does Virtual Try-On. That is the split this list is built on.

Will it suit me is visual. Will it fit me is numeric. They are different questions.

1. AI Frame: Virtual Try-On & Size Chart

If you are leaving Kiwi because a table is not enough, this is the swap. Shoppers still get a Size Chart next to Size, with no photo. On Starter they also get Estimate my size from height and weight, then Your size on the picker. And they get Try On on the first product image.

That is the job Kiwi was never built to do. Look and fit are independent. Most shoppers never open a try-on, so the chart cannot live inside one.

Live Shopify product page: Try on on the product photo, size chart link, estimate my size and add to cart

Honest limits: 20 reviews, all five stars. Newer than Kiwi. Swimwear Size Charts work; Virtual Try-On does not render swimwear (Google image safety). Free plan is 10 try-ons and 10 published charts, with a Try-on by AI Frame badge. Size Recommender starts on Starter at $19.99. Import from photo, CSV, PDF, or the live store. No order-volume surcharge.

2. MP Size Chart & Size Guide

The closest chart-for-chart replacement. AI recommendations on every plan, including free. No watermark. No order-volume add-on. Shopplaza will migrate Kiwi charts. 5.0 from 875 reviews.

It does not show the garment on the shopper. If that is why you searched, skip to AI Frame. If you only need a better table and a cheaper recommender, MP is the obvious like-for-like.

3. Smart Size Chart & Fit Finder (SmartSize)

Use this if Kiwi’s recommender was the point, and you want a quiz the shopper takes once. It can also build a chart from a photo of an existing table, the feature Kiwi meters with credits.

The fit quiz sits on the $19 plan and is capped (100 users a month on that tier). High-traffic stores will feel that. No Virtual Try-On.

4. ScaleChart

Kiwi’s auto unit-by-location is a genuine advantage. ScaleChart puts unit detection and a size recommender on the free plan, and can generate a chart from a photo or text. Paid plan adds cart upsells, which is a different product. If you only wanted sizing, ignore the upsell layer.

5. Pify Size Charts & Size Guides

Fully free. No paid tier, no watermark, 40 five-star reviews. Templates, cm/inch toggle, tabs. No recommender, no try-on. If you used Kiwi as a static table and hated the stamp, this is the $0 exit.

6. Jotly Size Chart & Size Guide

Jotly’s edge is whether the chart does anything: add-to-cart and conversion on the analytics plan. Huge template library. AI is for translation, not size. No try-on.

7. CSC: Size Chart & Size Guide

Charts plus a paid recommender, Built for Shopify, 4.9 from 97 reviews. A straight Kiwi-shaped tool at a flat price. Same ceiling as the rest of this list: it will not show the product on the shopper.

How to switch without losing charts

  1. Export Kiwi charts as CSV if you can, or screenshot every live table.

  2. Install the new app. Turn the Kiwi embed off before you turn the new one on, or shoppers see two Size Chart links.

  3. Re-assign by product, collection, tag, or vendor. Confirm one product per chart type.

  4. Open a live product page. Confirm the Size Chart sits next to Size, with no watermark.

If you are moving to AI Frame: Get started can scan the store and copy matching tables as drafts. Your live Kiwi charts stay until you publish. Then remove Kiwi.

Size Chart opened on the product page, with body measurements and a cm / inches toggle.

What not to copy from Kiwi

Five knobs per measurement. A custom-CSS editor as the main design surface. Import credits. Pets and non-fashion templates if you sell clothes. Order-volume pricing on a widget that does not touch checkout.

Keep what Kiwi got right: a chart next to Size, units that follow the shopper, assignment rules that cover a catalogue. Then decide whether “will it suit me?” is still unanswered on your page.

Install AI Frame. Free plan is enough to put a Size Chart and Try On on one product today.
