Do I need the fixed-price setup to use AI Frame?
No. The app is free to install and most merchants set it up themselves. The fixed-price setup is for when you'd rather have someone do it for you, or you have many size charts.
Who does the setup?
A setup partner who has set up AI Frame on a store before. You book and deal with AI Frame, not with the partner.
Can I check the work before it goes live?
Yes. Size Charts stay as drafts until you publish them.
What if I have more than 10 size charts?
Email us at support@aiframe.app with a link to your store and we'll send you a quote.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
Email us at support@aiframe.app, about the setup or about the app, and we'll help.
Do partners pay to join?
No. Joining is free. Partners are chosen because they build fashion stores, have set up AI Frame and answer quickly.
How do partners earn from AI Frame?
Partners are paid for each setup job. Partners who also refer a store through their partner link get 15% of what that store pays for its first 12 months. That doesn't change what the merchant pays.
